Q: Do you have a refund policy?
A: Due to the nature of this work I do not give refunds. I will be working with you one on one either by phone, e-mail, or in person to make sure you get work that you are 100% happy with. All of my customers are VERY important to me no matter how small of a project you order.
Q: What if I just want 1 card or 1 layout made?
A: I do not have a minimum on how much you order. One card or 100, 1 layout or 20 it doesn't matter all orders are welcome.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: I prefer to use PayPal it protects me and you. If you do not have a paypal account it is very easy to set up.
Q: How long will it take you to complete my project?
A: 1 card takes about 15 min. A 2 page scrapbook layout takes about an hour so, depending on how big your order is and how busy I am it can vary. I am always sure to ask if there is a time frame or a deadline that you need your items delivered by.
Q: What does my scrapbook page layout include?
A: When you order scrapbook pages it includes all of the paper, embellishments and they all come in protective sleeves that are ready to put into your album.
Q: How long will it take to get my purchase?
A: I usually ship out the day payment is recevied if for some reason I can not then it will be the next business day.
